[ANN] rescript-vitest 2.0 - uncurried mode, explicit bindings, etc

rescript-vitest v1 didn’t work well with uncurried mode, and I think it has few users.

It now works with all compilers since v10, regardless of whether it’s in uncurried mode or not.
